Each person’s individual session in the park lasts 1.5 hours. No breaks are allowed between slots.
Every participant will be issued a wristband with a unique RFID wristband, which must be scanned upon entry and exit to track time.
Customers exceeding the 1.5-hour slot will be charged double the regular fee upon exit.
Announcements will be made 15 minutes before the session ends to remind participants to exit on time. Failure to leave promptly may result in additional charges.
Capacity Management
The maximum capacity per slot is 250 customers for the Slide, Playground, and Track areas, and 15 kids for the Toddler Play Area.
Toddlers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Online bookings are to be managed via the website, and a live portal will be used by the cashier for managing bookings.
The management reserves the right to limit entry based on real-time slot availability.
Entry and Exit Procedures
Tickets must be purchased at the ticketing booth. Customers will receive a wristband and must sign a consent form.
Security checks will be conducted, and customers must store metal or sharp items in their vehicles or park lockers.
RFID wristband will be scanned upon entry to verify slot time and other details.
A mandatory safety briefing will be given before customers enter the play area.
No refunds or compensation will be provided for customers who arrive late or leave early.
Safety and Hygiene
Daily cleaning and sanitization of inflatables, common areas, and restrooms will be conducted before the park opens.
Trash bins are provided throughout the park, and they will be emptied regularly.
Sanitizer dispensers are available at entry points.
Safety briefings will be provided to all visitors, outlining park rules, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.
Customer will sign a consent form while entering the inflatable area where customer participating understands the activities carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, and concussions and also customer acknowledges that these risks cannot be completely eliminated, even with proper safety measures in place.
Customers to be physically fit and do not suffer from any medical condition, such as heart problems, pregnancy, or musculoskeletal issues, that would prevent safe participation in trampoline activities.
Customer to inform the staff of any relevant medical conditions or concerns before participation.
Children under a certain age (e.g., 12 years old) must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times within the park.
As a parent/guardian, Customer to accept full responsibility for ensuring my child’s safety and adherence to park rules.
Emergency Procedures
The park has developed comprehensive emergency procedures, including evacuations and medical assistance.
Trained staff will be on hand to handle any emergencies, with access to a fully stocked first aid kit.
All incidents, injuries, or equipment malfunctions will be documented and investigated for future prevention.
Refunds and Cancellations
In the event of overcrowding or bad weather, customers may be offered an alternative slot. However, no refunds will be provided.
No refunds or compensations will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
Maintenance and Park Setup
Park equipment, including inflatables, is inspected daily to ensure it is safe for use.
Weekly checks for wear and tear are conducted.
Regular fumigation of the park is carried out to maintain hygiene standards.
Parking Management
Parking fees are set at 250 rupees for cars and 100 rupees for bikes.
Clear signage and instructions regarding the parking process will be displayed at the entrance.
Lost parking tickets will incur a fine of 1,000 rupees. Customers will need to verify vehicle ownership to exit the park.
Security and Safety
Security personnel will be present 24/7 to monitor the park, manage queues, and handle any disputes or suspicious behavior.
Regular patrols will be conducted throughout the facility, and all incidents will be documented.
Lost and Found
Lost items reported at Office will be documented and stored securely. Visitors who lose belongings should report to the designated Lost and Found area.
Items will be held for 30 days before being donated or disposed off.
Customer are expected to take care of their own belongings. Jump zone management shall take no responsibility in case of loss of items.
Behavior and Conduct
Guests are expected to adhere to all park rules and behave respectfully towards staff and other visitors.
Any form of misconduct, including bullying, harassment, or vandalism, will result in immediate removal from the park without a refund.
By entering the park, all guests agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The park reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without prior notice.
