Refund Policy

Cancellations by Customers

Full Refund:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a 100% refund or full credit for future bookings.

Partial Refund:

Cancellations made 6 hours before the booking time are eligible for a 50% refund or equivalent credit.

No Refund:

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals & No Shows

Courts will be held for 15 minutes after the booking time. After that, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be issued.

No compensation will be provided for unused time due to late arrival.

Cancellations by Management

In the event of court unavailability, maintenance, or extreme weather, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

A full refund or reschedule at no additional charge will be offered.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted holidays are not counted as working days.

Alternatively, customers may opt for account credit for future use.
